Join us for dinner featuring Good Wheel chicken, wild herbs and edibles from our land, and other local fare from friends and neighbors.
We will sample some duck sausage bites and offer a wild berry shrub pre-tour.
The main course is…
This is a family favorite we called “Cajun Spaghetti” as my mom is from New Orleans.
It is a full-bodied red sauce that hits all the buttons: a delightful heat, light acidity, buttery richness, coupled with the full flavor of rich stock and meat from our slow growing pasture-raised chickens.
Local veg, small bites and antipastas to be announced as the date gets closer.
